Locally owned since 2023
Most of the pool companies in Tucson are corporate owned, and several of the remaining independents are positioning themselves to sell. Blue Dolphin Pools is not on that path. Alex was born and raised in Tucson and spent 25 years working for other pool companies, learning exactly what great service looks like and what corners get cut when volume matters more than the customer.
Alex and Jennifer's customers tend to stop feeling like accounts and start feeling like family, which is not a marketing line so much as the reason they built the company this way. See our work.
The owners quote every pool service and repair. There is no dispatcher in between and no new tech learning your equipment every few months.
If your pump can be repaired, we repair it. If it needs replacing, we tell you why and what it costs before we start. No upselling, no vague estimates.
Tucson heat, monsoon debris and hard water are relentless. Pools here do not tolerate a skipped week. We show up on schedule and we document the visit.

OWNER AND Lead Pool Repair Technician
Alex has worked in pool service for more than 25 years across multiple Tucson companies before founding Blue Dolphin Pools in 2023. That career gave him a clear picture of what excellent service looks like and how often it falls short. Alex personally performs the vast majority of equipment repairs and upgrades.
Co-Owner
Jennifer grew up in the pool industry, working alongside her father at a local pool building company before launching Blue Dolphin Pools with Alex. She brings firsthand knowledge of pool construction and runs the customer relationships that make Blue Dolphin different from the large service outfits.
